OpenAI, the founding company of ChatGPT, is all set to introduce another innovative platform that is going to help everyone secure a good job without doing things manually. The company has announced that they are working on building a new hiring platform like LinkedIn that will allow businesses and employees to connect with each other. OpenAI has also shared that they expect the platform to go live within the coming year.

Fidji Simo, CEO of Applications at OpenAI, shared via a blog post that the new AI-powered hiring platform will use artificial intelligence to find the best and perfect matches between the offerings of a company and workers.

Simo also said that the company is consistently working with many other organizations, like Walmart, John Deere, professional service firms like Boston Consulting Group and Accenture, and even state governments, to allow people to find the best jobs using artificial intelligence. The new platform will also allow small business owners and local government departments to hire real talent.

The new platform also aims to offer OpenAI Certifications through the already available OpenAI Academy, a learning platform available for free that is trusted by more than 2 million users. The certifications will range from AI-custom jobs to prompt engineering and the basics of using AI at work.

OpenAI states that it commits to certifying at least 10 million Americans by the end of 2030. The company’s partnership with Walmart is going to help significantly in achieving this goal. Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, told reporters during a dinner that Simo would also be exploring opportunities beyond AI chatbots. Reports also suggest that Simo might be working on many other projects as well, which include a social media app and an internet browser.
